SOTERIA 2^nd General Meeting, 5-7 October 2010

The second general meeting of SOTERIA will be held in Debrecen, hotel Divinus***** between 5-7 October 2010. The hotel is located in the recreation area of Debrecen close to the thermal baths (10 min by walk), to the Debrecen University (15 min walk) and the Heliophysical Observatory (30 min walk).

The hotel will host the conference events in a 110 m² conference room and a smaller poster room. It will also provide comfortable accomodation with all kinds of wellness services. In case of 50 participants the expenses will be as follows. - Registration fee 100 euro to be paid at the site in cash. It contains the price of rooms, projector, coffee break expenses and a conference diner. The WIFI access is free for the conference participants. - accomodation: single room: 111 euro double room: 129 euro The hotel was very helpful to diminish the prices for the sake of a conference with about 50 participants and they also offered a further 10% discount for those guests who book their rooms before 31 August. Lunch and diner can be received in the hotel for 13 euro, and there are excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk.
